              Position1. Scientific Director of CREATE program

              1.Description

              (1) Possesses a PhD degree in a recognized university

              (2) Associate professor and above

              (3) Outstanding research record or work in progress in top-tier journal publications

              (4) Teaching excellence at undergraduate and/or graduate-level is preferred.

              3.About us

              SJTU Asia-Pacific Graduate Institute (SJTU-APGI) aims to be the overseas branch campus of Shanghai Jiao Tong University. It is a platform for graduate education and frontier research focused on solutions for the challenges of future cities. Business programs have been established in Singapore for close to thirty years. Since 2012, SJTU has also been actively involved in the research field in Singapore by taking part in the CREATE (the Campus for Research Excellence and Technological Enterprise) program under the National Research Foundation of Singapore (NRF). SJTU, jointly with its Singapore partner, NUS, has collaborated on the Energy and Environmental Sustainability Solutions for Megacities (E2S2) CREATE program, equipped with a more than 2000m2 laboratory. SJTU-APGI is currently working on the next phase of CREATE program in AI+Ageing. The world-class partners on CREATE programs include other institutes like MIT, UC Berkeley, Cambridge, and ETH.
